Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run diagramr.

What we store

• Your email address, name, avatar and preferences.
• Diagrams, comments and stencils you create or import.
• Session information (browser, operating system, approximate location from request headers, IP address) so you can review and revoke sign-ins.

Email

We send sign-in links, invites and the notifications you choose via Resend. You can turn off notification emails at any time in Settings → Notifications.

Imports

Visio, OmniGraffle and draw.io files are converted in your browser; only the converted diagram is uploaded.

Deletion

Deleting your account removes your profile and sessions. Workspace diagrams you own transfer to the workspace owner.
